HOLIDAY KICKOFF EVENT DETAILS

Berks Arts, presenter of Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest, is pleased to announce the details of this year’s Holiday Kickoff Event on Saturday, December 7. 

The event features multiple opportunities for jazz fans to connect and celebrate the season and their love for jazz, featuring a variety of activities throughout the day:  

• Arts Advocate+ presale for Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest tickets at DoubleTree by Hilton Reading 

• Wineandjazz.com afternoon Wine Tasting hosted by Mindi Abair and Eric Guerra in the Amphitheater at the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading 

• I Can’t Wait for Christmas featuring Mindi Abair with Marcus Anderson and Lindsey Webster at the Miller Center for the Arts  

• DJ Al Taylor Afterparty at DoubleTree Cheers Lounge  

• Discounted Holiday Weekend Hotel Packages at the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading (deadline for reserving weekend packages is September 30th)   

2025 BOSCOV’S BERKS JAZZ FEST ON SALE DATES

2025 Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest Tickets will go on sale to all current 2024 Arts Advocate+ donors on Saturday, December 7.  

• In-person sales at the DoubleTree by Hilton will begin at 9am Eastern on Saturday, December 7.

• Online sales will begin at 12pm noon Eastern on Saturday, December 7.

*Tickets will go on sale to the General Public on Saturday, December 14 at 9am Eastern.  

DETAILS FOR IN-PERSON PRESALE AT 9AM ON SATURDAY, DEC. 7

*Line will form on the ramp outside the DoubleTree Amphitheatre when the first fans arrive to claim a spot.  

*Numbered tickets will be distributed beginning at 7am to determine the order of sales, which begin at 9am.  

*When fans receive their assigned number, they are free to leave the line (eat breakfast, etc.) and return to the Amphitheatre at 9am when sales are set to begin.  

*Beginning at 9am in the DoubleTree Amphitheatre, a Berks Jazz Fest volunteer will call each number in succession to visit the Box Office volunteers to complete their order for the 2025 Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest. 

*The line for in-person sales at the DoubleTree Amphitheatre will be cut off at 12pm noon.  

DETAILS FOR ONLINE PRESALE AT 12PM NOON ON SATURDAY, DEC. 7

*Current Arts Advocate+ donors will have access to the Arts Advocate presale at the time indicated by logging into their Vivenu account with the email address on file with Berks Arts.  Please verify your Vivenu account and ensure you can login BEFORE tickets go on sale.

*Current Arts Enthusiast+ donors will have access to the Arts Enthusiast presale (no processing fees) at the time indicated by logging into their Vivenu account with the email address on file with Berks Arts.  

*Donor must be current/active as of 11:59pm on Giving Tuesday, December 3rd for Arts Advocate+ Presale online eligibility.  All donations received after this time may experience a delay in processing.

AFTERNOON WINE TASTING WITH MINDI ABAIR

*Beginning at 2pm, the DoubleTree Amphitheatre will transform into a Tasting Room, as Mindi Abair and Eric Guerra take fans and wine enthusiasts (over 21 years of age) on a musical journey through their wineandjazz.com label.  

*Space is limited for this VIP event and tickets may be purchased as an add-on to the Berks Jazz Fest Holiday Concert (see below).   

*After the tasting, you’ve got plenty of time to grab some dinner, rest up, go shopping, and prepare for an exciting evening concert to kick off the holiday season!  

BOSCOV’S BERKS JAZZ FEST HOLIDAY CONCERT 

*Get into the holiday spirit at the Miller Center for the Arts with a 7pm concert featuring the incredible Mindi Abari, Marcus Anderson, and Lindsey Webster. (doors open 6pm)

*This show sold out early last year, so don’t delay in getting your tickets to this annual fan favorite!  

DJ AL TAYLOR AFTERPARTY

After the concert, be sure to head back to the DoubleTree Cheers Lounge where DJ Al Taylor will be spinning your jazz and holiday favorites late into the night!
