The Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest congratulates Randy Brecker, Eric Marienthal, Bela Fleck and Gretchen Parlato for their respective Grammy Award nominations that were announced last week.

The Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest congratulates Randy Brecker, Eric Marienthal, Bela Fleck and Gretchen Parlato for receiving Grammy Award nominations last week.

Randy Brecker and Eric Marienthal were nominated in the Best Contemporary Instrumental Album category for their collaboration on the Double Dealin’ CD.

During the fest, six-time Grammy winner Randy will be part of the David Sanborn & Friends concert on Saturday, April 9, 6;00 p.m., at the Scottish Rite Cathedral.

Eric is the musical director/producer for the special Anniversary Celebration Concert set for Friday, April 8, 6:00 p.m., at the Scottish Rite Cathedral. He also will be part of the Chuck Loeb Memorial All-Star Jam on Thursday, April 7, 7:00 p.m., at the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading Grand Ballroom.

Bela Fleck was nominated in the Best Bluegrass Album category for his My Bluegrass Heart project. During his amazing career, Bela has won 14 Grammy Awards.

Bela brings his highly acclaimed My Bluegrass Heart project to the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Ballroom on Saturday, April 2, 9:30 p.m.

Gretchen Parlato was nominated in the Best Jazz Vocal category for her CD Flor.

Gretchen will be part of the all-star SF Jazz Collective ensemble that will perform Wednesday, April 6, 7:00 p.m., at the Miller Center for the Arts.

The 64th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony will be held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on January 31, 2022 — and will be broadcast by CBS.
