Trombonist Jim Zoller and trumpeter Roger Morgan have assembled some of eastern Pennsylvania’s top musicians for the first-rate jazz ensemble The Last Big Band.
Along with old chestnuts from the swing era, The Last Big Band’s repertoire includes contemporary big band charts plus outstanding original charts from the band’s own arrangers sure to please fans of big band music.
Other band members are Bob Fanelli, tenor sax; Mike Eben, tenor sax; Erich Cawalla, alto sax/vocals; Henry Frecon, alto sax; Phil Forlano, baritone sax; Bill Smith, trombone; Tim Jernigan, trombone; H. Lee Southall, trombone; Ken Kemmerer, bass trombone; John Stoudt, trumpet; Rick Lacey, trumpet; Doug Wilfort, trumpet; Mike Norris, piano; Mike Byrne, guitar/vocals; Bob Carl, bass and John Rozum, drums.
